Letter of Recommendation: Business School
This is in response to Jane Smith's request for a letter of recommendation to your business school.
Ms. Smith has been teaching for the past six years in the educational institution that I head. Hence, I find myself in a position to give you a fairly informed opinion on her suitability for your MBA program.
As an academician, she is thorough in her subject and constantly updates herself with new information. She takes her profession seriously and visualizes herself as an agent in the larger role of evolving the minds of the future.
Her classes are well attended. I believe her students would be upset to know that she will leave us soon to pursue her business career goals. She does not shirk administrative responsibilities. Her informed interest in administration and policy-making can be counted upon to solve a whole host of our administrative issues.
It is this quality that makes me especially recommend her to your program. A business education would enable her to polish and extend her administrative prowess to a larger section and enable those outside her classroom to benefit from her prowess.
